An inclusive, unbiased report covering observations and analysis will be provided, with on location testing and photo documentation. All reports are treated with strictest confidence and only made available to the commissioning party. The report will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed within 7 business days of inspection. A number of color and abuse problems are correctable. We can provide recommendations and pricing for most repairs on a quote basis.

We will provide expert opinion on a variety of flooring issues including litigation, flooring selection for specific end uses, second opinions, and review of existing or previous inspections. Fees are assessed on an hourly or daily basis plus additional expenses accrued.

Photographs required during the inspection process will be charged based on Standard or Forensic rates.

Based on your approval, follow up testing will be conducted by a certified testing lab to gather exact or additional information not available from field tests. Estimates are provided for testing or supervision of testing. Lab fees plus testing expenses apply.

Typing and report preparation charges may apply on an hourly and per page basis.

Full and half day rates are available for deposition and court appearances. Hourly rates apply for "On Call" appearances.

Travel time to and from office charged hourly based upon the service area map. Standard auto mileage applies.

Parking, tolls, postage, transportation, lodging and meals for overnight travel may apply.

Balance due upon receipt of report.
